Meet Kristi Lyn Davis

Hi, I’m Kristi Lyn Davis, Consultant, Speaker, Strategist, and hospitality entrepreneur with over 20 years of hands on leadership experience. I specialize in helping hospitality and tourism-based businesses uncover operational blind spots, clarify service standards, strengthen team alignment, and implement systems that drive efficiency, elevate guest experience, and increase revenue.

 

For over a decade my husband have I owned and operated Tomahawk Resort on Lake Alice, a beautiful lakeside getaway in Northern Wisconsin that has become a huge part of our story and our community. With a strong entrepreneurial drive, we also own several local car washes. The flexibility in our lifestyle allows me to travel across the country, delivering transformational speaking experiences and working with companies throughout the year to strengthen teams, elevate

service, and execute meaningful company goals.

I bring both an ownership perspective and strategic insight. I understand the daily pressures because I have lived them, and I help leaders step back, refocus, and build the structure required for sustainable, scalable growth.
